- Address:
- 105 Reynard Close Redditch Worcestershire
- Description:
- There are 7 mixed sized trees at the side of the property, after contacting the council direct I have found the trees to be under a tree preservation order. IGM have been asked by our client to carry out a 2 metre lateral reduction on all of the conifers to take them away from the fabrication of the property. The trees at present are causing damage to the external fabrications as well as causing excessive shading to the gardens for the residents. They are also overhanging significantly onto a public footpath, given that they are causing excessive shading this may because a health hazard in the winter time of the footpath become slippery with algae buildup, in reducing the trees we hope to be able to prevent this. The sketch provided is to shower where the location of the trees are in relation to the property and the public footpath and I have also attached a picture to show evidence of the trees touching the fabrication of the property as well as the excessive shading to the garden and public foot path.
