- Remove cement render at northern gable end, repoint brickwork and replace rotten wood with new oak and replaster with lime board plaster to restore to original condition. Replace cracked and broken cement flashings with lead, around chimneys and gable end with adjoining roof. Demolish crumbling and unstable rear chimney and replace (re-using bricks as possible), lime morter, lead flashing to restore to original condition. Application to regularise.
