T1 -Cupressocyparis leylandii, Removal required as its a very poorly shaped specimen with low amenity value. It is leaning acutely into the garden and inappropriate in terms of its speed of growth and the space/light it is taking from the surrounding trees and shrubs. Approximately 7 metres tall with a stem diameter of 15cm at 1.5 metres. T2 - Ficus carica or Fig tree (multi-stemmed) situated behind the above tree in the corner. This specimen's main stem is right against the proposed foundations for a boundary wall. Removal required for the wall foundations to be installed. Height approximately 3 metres. There are 2 more Fig tree specimens of better shape and form further along the rear boundary wall. Both T1 and T2 to be replaced with an Acacia dealbata specimen x1 to be located in a more suitable position further away from the boundary wall. Due to space in this area it is thought that 1 replacement tree would look more appropriate.
