T1 Sycamore and T2 Lime - As a matter of urgency we need permission to remedy the broken bough which has compromised the safety of our property . If removal is still denied by the TPO the tree surgeon recommended a 4 m crown lift of the sycamore canopy, a 20 % canopy thin and dead wood removal of any dead or diseased branches. Removal of overhanging branches onto my property One of the trees major structural bough has broken off in the recent storms and is hanging precariously on to the sycamore tree. We are living with the anxiety of fear for if they come down in storm. Ideally I would like them cut down.

T1 Sycamore - Removal The reason for the work is due to a complaint made by a neighbour that backs onto our garden. Roots from the tree in question are suggested to have raised paving flags and further investigations on their part have uncovered worrying proximity to drainage pipes, concerns regarding the size of the tree, ongoing issues with excessive shading, leaf dropping, sap and seedling dropping into their property. The tree is felt to have low amenity value. Regarding the replanting of any replacement tree. We're happy to accommodate any recommendation.
