The owner of the property is sadly no longer with us and the trees are becoming increasingly imposing on my clients garden and roof to the property. we are applying for a sympathetic 20% canopy reduction to T1 to T4. There is excessive shading the canopies are all now amalgamating and the extended branches on T4 are on to the property roof and overhanging the garage. These branches need reducing to create a 2m clearance from the building. Lift all trees to 4m All works will be carried out to British Standards
