Description:
T1: Mature Beech. Branches of 1x mature beech tree in front of the house to be selectively pruned to give a 1.5M clearance from the roof of the house, and a 1.5M clearance from any utility lines. T2-40: Row of approximately 40 trees; predominantly beech. Row of approximately 40 individual tree stems to have a 5m crown lift on the client?s side only, pruned back to the tree line. Above this crown lift, any errant or sticking out branches are to be selectively pruned back into shape with the rest of the canopy, creating a rounded shape which will blend into the tops of the row of trees. There is 1 dead beech stem in this row which will be removed to ground level. This is to improve the clearance undernmeath this tree line which currently dominates the garden and to improve the overall aesthetics of the garden.

Description:
Sycamore tree (T1). Tree is located at top of an old stone retaining wall. The wall is showing signs of distress, and is showing ongoing damage due to the presence of the tree and its root system. The wall has a significant bulge and mortar joints are cracked and crumbling. The removal of this tree was recommended in the survey undertaken by Chartered Surveyors Michael Hornsby & Co, (Pages 13 and 49) see supporting documents. The stability of the wall is at risk with the tree in place. Our wish is to remove the tree and make good the retaining wall.
