T1. Cherry reduce and reshape by 30%. Bay Laurel growing through this tree cut down to hedge height or ground level. Also noted in this group from the roadside, Privet growing from the hedge cut down to height of the hedge. Conifer section fell to ground level. to tidy and maintain. T2. Pine within the neighbouring property adjacent to the corner of the garage, remove 5 lowest limbs property side as discussed this work would require the consent of the neighbour, please find a Neighbour’s Consent Form enclosed. To clear roof and balance canopy with adjacent trees. T3. Yew adjacent to the rear of the property, cut to a 6 foot stump. Proximity to property and long term potential. T4. Magnolia by the Yew at the rear, reduce by 2 metres in height. To control size. T5. Continuing into the corner of the garden, Golden Leylandii section fell to ground level. Inappropriate in position. T7 Holly adjacent, section fell to as close to ground level as possible. Suppressed by adjacent trees. T8 Silver Birch on the side boundary, reduce in height by 4 metres. Excessive growth on base of trunk, reduce to minimise weight leverage and wind assistance. T9 Larch undertake crown thinning / cleaning by 15%. To tidy T10 Cherry on the terrace, section fell to as close to ground level as possible. to open area. T11 Blue Cedar on the side lawn, section fell to as close to ground level as possible. To open area. T12 Oak in the corner remove major deadwood, and undertake light crown raising of limb over the neighbouring garden. To lift over adjacent garden. T13 Large Cypress on the roadside, no works currently required. T14 Box at the base of this tree, section fell to as close to ground level as possible. Poor specimen T15 Shrubs / trees in the raised bed, two Yews, two Holly, section fell to as close to ground level as possible. Holly in the hedge to the rear, reduce to 6 inches from ground level and allow to re-generate. Tidy shrubs as required. to open up and allow for replanting.
