Also noted in this group from the roadside, Privet growing from the hedge cut down to height of the hedge. Conifer section fell to ground level. to tidy and maintain. T2. Pine within the neighbouring property adjacent to the corner of the garage, remove 5 lowest limbs property side as discussed this work would require the consent of the neighbour, please find a Neighbour’s Consent Form enclosed. To clear roof and balance canopy with adjacent trees. T3. Yew adjacent to the rear of the property, cut to a 6 foot stump. Proximity to property and long term potential. T4. Magnolia by the Yew at the rear, reduce by 2 metres in height. To control size. T5. Continuing into the corner of the garden, Golden Leylandii section fell to ground level. Inappropriate in position. T7 Holly adjacent, section fell to as close to ground level as possible. Suppressed by adjacent trees. T8 Silver Birch on the side boundary, reduce in height by 4 metres. Excessive growth on base of trunk, reduce to minimise weight leverage and wind assistance. T9 Larch undertake crown thinning / cleaning by 15%.
