Description:
Large Poplar (T1) in back garden - asking for a renewal of permission to fell which has expired. Permission previously granted - reference: TW/16/0093. Request is being made due to proximity of very large tree to the house and underground drainage pipes. Plane Trees (T2 & T3) at front of property - asking for permission to fell both as they were planted too close to our property. There used to be three plane trees but one fell down in the gales of Sept 2018. Several large branches have also fallen off T2 and T3, and there is currently a dead branch on T2. We were fortunate that the fallen tree didn't cause any damage to our property. The remaining two trees are now much larger and closer to the house. We have taken advice from Mr J Cox who recommended that they are both felled and said it is "an accident waiting to happen". The drive to the Park Farm Barn development becomes a wind tunnel and the trees are vulnerable to wind damage.
