Description:
On the advice of Andrew Howes, Garden Greenfingers, Aboriculturist, the following is required: Eucalyptus (T1): Crown reduction of 30% (approx 3m) to an overall height of 6m and a span of 3-3.5m. Crown thinning/clean to remove deadwood to reduce the density, allow more light into the garden and ensure the tree remains healthy. The thinning proposed would be no more than 20%. Crown lifting to allow more light into the garden and remove any low branches that might be obstructing paths. It is proposed to remove any branches that are lower then 1.5m from the ground. Silver birch (T2): Crown reduction of 15% (approx. 1.2m) to an overall height of approx. 5-5.5m and a span of 3-4m to allow better light into neighbouring gardens as well as the applicant's own. Crown clean/thinning to remove deadwood to reduce the density, allow more light into the garden and ensure the tree remains healthy. To remove the suckers at the bottom of the tree to keep it healthy.
