26 Patch Lane Bramhall Stockport
Description:
Request to fell (an remove roots) x2 conifers with TPO's 117W. I did speak to a member of your team to get advise on how to proceed and they advised I'm best using this form to start dialogue. Their are discrepancies as these trees did not show up when my solicitor undertook a TPO search, they are however on your digital plan. These x2 tress are 60ft + conifers and have no environmental value. The lower branches have died off and become a danger to my children, whilst the sway of the tress during windy periods is a concern (they would fall onto my house). The trees are a blight and my neighbours would also request their removal. I'm querying whether he correct tress have been labeled, as their are mature Oaks and Willows within the neighboring Gardens without such orders. Is the digital plan therefore incorrect and I should rely on the TPO list (obtained by my solicitor). CONS: HAR/CA34, TPO: 117W, 254W.
