Take out internal grilles to front windows and install timber shutters. Open up front room fire place and install multifuel stove and line chimney full height. Infill opening between front and rear rooms. In rear room install new wc and basin;shower; washing machine and sink to rear room, with associated drainage prior to tiling floor. Replace boiler and flue. Install extract fan in rear wall. Install metal grille door to rear store in external area. Ground floor - lie front room chimney flue. Roof - take off and reinstate chimney pots to flues being lined.
