Description:
Fell sycamore tree (T1) - Recent inspection carried out found a large area of honey fungus goring at the base of the tree, bootlaces were running up the stem of the tree and bark flaking off, bark and tissues underneath soft. Tree is also dominant within the garden and the canopy overhangs the neighbours' property and covers close to 80% of the garden area. Any replanted tree will need to take in to account the smaller size of the garden. Once tree is removed, it is proposed to replant with a standard sized field maple tree within the rear garden.
