Description:
With regard Tree Preservation Order 2014 No10 - Within this TPO is a block group of trees identified as G1. This grouping spans across the garden of Till House into the garden of my neighbour in The Beeches. It lists 1no. Silver Birch, 1no. Oak and 12 no. Sycamores. I suspect this grouping within the overall TPO was applied because the area was originally very overgrown with Laurel, Holly and general hedges. All of the latter vegetation has now been removed and the area can now be seen to contain more Oak, Silver Birch and Sycamores than the TPO lists. I believe the additional trees are immature, however I am seeking guidance/permission to remove the trees that I believe can be identified as surplus to the original TPO.
