- I seek approval to prune two trees located on my property, which is in a Conservation area:1) An ash tree located in the corner of my back garden but overhanging the properties of neighbours. This needs pruning as it has become top heavy and is dropping branches. It has also created excessive shading. The neighbour on Wingrave Road has complained about this. I have been advised by an arborist to prune it by 25%. 2) A maple tree in the front garden, which also overhangs the same adjoining property. This has become untidy and also creates excessive shading in both properties. I wish to prune it by 25%. The location of both trees is shown in the attached sketch plan.
