Ash (T1) - Sever ivy at base. Reduce height by up to 4m to secondary forks to reduce the likely hood of branches falling onto parked cars or the nearby power cable. Reduce remaining crown by up to 3m to reduce likelihood of branches failing. Limb growing north-westerly over pond with King Alfred's Cakes - reduce to sound wood.
