Or remove entire limb back to trunk if that would be allowed - Reason - the limb is low and extends into the garden of 64 Hopping Jacks Lane by a long way. Cutting it back to the fork in the limb would allow more light and space. If you think the removal of the entire limb would be better I would appreciate a discussion / your opinion.
