THE INTERNAL HEDGE (WESTERN RED CEDAR) ALONG ONE SIDE OF THE BOUNDARY WALL WILL BE REMOVED (AS PART OF THE HEDGE IS DEAD) AND REPLACED WITH EITHER A SMALLER INTERNAL HEDGE, PLANTS, OR REPLACE THE WOODEN BATTONS ON THE FENCE (WITHOUT ADJUSTING HEIGHT OF FENCE). STEPS WILL BE CREATED FROM THE PAVED AREA IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE DOWN TO THE NEW PAVED SEATING AREA. AN ARCHITECTURAL TREE IN THE CENTRE OF THE REMAINING LAWN WILL BE PLANTED TO PROVIDE PRIVACY FROM THE ROAD AND HOUSES OPPOSITE.
