The proposed cut down of one of the main stems of the tree would eliminate those issues, and have been advised as the best solution by a tree surgeon (Adam, from ProArb Tree Services). This has been discussed with the neighbour (on whose property the tree stands) who is in agreement (in principle) with the proposed plans, and is aware of this application. HAR/CA35
