REAR: ONE pollard Ash (T1)(ht.10m): FELL to 2ft stump. Reason: previous pollard at 5m, the tree is completely hollow with extensive stem cavity decay and presents a hazard. White rot in the tree is likely caused by a ganoderma fungus; the fruiting body bracket can be seen at the base of the tree, estimated to be 15% or less residual wood. Duty to replace applies.
