Sale history
£405,000 on Mar 2016

*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Address:
Brierley House 9 The Moorlands High Street Boston Spa Wetherby
Description:
T86 Hawthorne - Removal as low quality that contributes little to the amenity of the location. The tree is suffering from lack of light and water caused by shading of taller trees such that during July and August almost all leaves have been diseased and have fallen leaving the tree, except some top branches, almost all bare. Advice received is that it should be removed. However our initial reaction is to remove the top branches, almost half the tree to see if it will resprout with less overall demanding canopy area but this would mean that the tree is in even more shade being lower down. The prospects are not thought to be good such that ultimately removal may be necessary. Should this happen our intention is to replace it with a Prunus Subhiretlla Autumnalis but of course this may also suffer from lack of light and water in the fullness of time.
