I would like to covert and apply for change of use of part of my home. I would like to convert my dining area and kitchen into a hairdressing salon. The kitchen would be put back into where the utility is now which was once the original kitchen. I would take the existing kitchen window out and replace with a door. This is the only external work required. This would create separate access to my home and salon. There would be a studied wall put up internally which would divide my living area and salon. I would work 2 - 3 days a week theses hours would range between 9am until 7pm the latest, 1 Saturday a month 9 am until 4pm , sometimes having 2 customers in at one time depending on the cross over of appointments. I would be the only person working here. I have already built my own client base up over the years working in the hairdressing industry. I have two extra parking spaces on the drive to accommodate this excluding my own parking space.
