This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

- Description:
- There are 2 large poplars on the boundary of our property and the road between Luccombe and Horner. Both are leaning and appear to have shifted/to lean more since Storm Eunice earlier this year. If they fell they would block the road and likely cause significant damage to a Grade 2 listed barn complex in the farm opposite and would also take out the electric/phone lines for the village. We have noticed more of a lean since the storm, as has our gardener and the owner of the neighbouring farm. We would like to reduce the height of the largest tree (Poplar 2 on the sketch) by 2/3rds and of the smaller tree (Poplar 1 on the sketch) by 1/2. This to reduce the overall weight/mass of the trees and sail effect and thereby save the trees for the longer term whilst also reducing the risk of damage to property. It looks as though at some stage in the past a large truck of Poplar 2 was removed just above ground level.
