Description:
Modification of condition 10 of planning DC/2017/00727: The existing bushes were not evergreen and only covered a small section of the back garden and so privacy was limited particularly in the winter. Some of the hedgerow was rotten and one was dangerous so we have invested heavily in replacing it with evergreen red robin trees and have added an additional 50+ metres of Cherry Laurel bushes where nothing previously existed. We would ideally like the condition to be removed but if not could it be stated that we are able to replace any existing hedgerow with an evergreen alternative.
