Description:
Conifer; The new property owners would like to remove the tree and plant something smaller. They are concerned the tree has grown too large for its raised wall location and are worried about it in high winds as it has movement, is close to the property, the highway and the public footpath. They propose to replace the tree with something smaller and better suited the raised bed location and would appreciate either A) advice on what will do well in its place/acidic soil B) if the tree cannot be removed the owner has requested I seek permission and advice on their behalf regarding a pruning and maintenance program that will protect the boundary wall from future damage and reduce risk to the publicTPO No: 69W, HAR/CA26.

Description:
Tree 1 - willow - Full crown reduction - to ensure tree stays in context with its location.Tree 2 - conifer - remove - to manage tree cover and excessive shading in the amenity.Tree 3 - conifer - remove - to manage tree cover and excessive shading in the amenity.tree 4 - Remove ash - tree is moving entirely in the wind rather than just its canopy - on inspection its has a large cavity (see photos page 2).tree 5 - conifer - remove - to manage tree cover and excessive shading in the amenity.Hedgerow - (see photos page 2) reduce height to manage tree cover and excessive shading in the amenityOn inspection there is alot of tree cover in the amenity and I don't believe the above proposal will be of detriment to the amenity. Its a shame to remove the ash but there is no access so leaving it and using a MEWP to dismantle it later is not an option. In my opinion the tree needs to be removed while it is still safe to do so. HAR/CA26, TPO No: 69W.
