- Address:
- 12 Brownsville Road Heaton Moor Stockpor
- Description:
- 1) Remove / Fell Conifer Tree (shown as no1 on plan ) because of shading , low amenity value. No replacement as its removal will allow the Beech tree ( shown as an orange circle on the plan) adjacent to continue to develop and allow us to remove the excessive ivy on the beech tree as well.2) Remove / Fell Conifer Tree (shown as no2 on the plan) this completely shades the garden is of no amenity value and prevents the development of the garden. No current plans to replace with another tree as it sits close to a large silver birch tree (shown as a silver circle) , though once the area is cleared if there is room we would review this.3) Remove / Fell Conifer tree (shown as no3 on plan) this has become overgrown, causes excessive shading to the neighbours garden and our owny and is of no amenity value. There is no plan to replace this tree as it sits adjacent to a large Ash tree (shown as a brown circle on the plan.)4) The front right of the property has also become overgrown with small trees and shrubs intertwined. Some of these are dead and some are misshapen. We would like to clear this area and start again. We are negotiating the border line with our neighbour and would look introduce hedging to the front and right hand side of our demise.Due to the scale of the work we would be looking to contract this to a local gardening expert. - Description:
- Ash - the tree is in a neighbour's garden to the side of our gable end. The tree almost touches the gable end and in the past has allowed squirrels into the attic. Permission was granted for work to be carried out to reduce the height of the tree on 08/06/12. Since that work, over the last 5 years the tree has grown to reach its original height, and we assume we will soon have the same problem with squirrels. The tree surgeon has suggested we reduce the height of the tree on the side nearest to our house by one third (this is the same reduction as in 2012).
