Install square edged vertical timber cladding fixed to battens, plugged and screwed to the blockwork. Install 50mm rigid insulation between battens. 2. Ceiling. Install 75mm rigid insulation between rafters, leave 25mm minimum gap between the top of the insulation and the underside of existing felt. Screw fix 12mm birch faced ply to underside of rafters. Natural varnish finish to be applied to plywood. 3. Floor. Install natural finish engineered oakwood wood flooring on foam underlay. 4. Existing surface mounted white plastic conduit and sockets will be removed. Surface mounted metal galvanised sockets and trunking will be used.
