We are changing the flat roof to be slopedto add addition height internally and longevity to the roof.The existing garage and carport are joined to the left hand side of the house when viewed from the street. This would be the highest point and is 2.67m away from the property boundary. The back of the existing garage will be sectioned off to remain as a storage area. The existing rear door will be left unchanged. There will be no access from the storage area to the new living space. The front section will be used as a reading/ 2nd living room.
