T2, T3 and T4 are self sett Sycamores, and I would recommend that they are felled as they are of no amenity value and will cause future damage to the boundary wall/fence line T1 Hornbeam is heavily leaning towards No 3 Audleigh Place, it is also in very close proximity to the boundary wall/fence line as well as in land that is saturated on a regular basis, which could compromise the root plate. Again, I strongly recommend that this tree is felled to prevent future problems
