Sale history
£440,000 on May 2017

*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

The proposed works include: 1) Replacing the existing rear sunroom with a slightly larger extension in facing brickwork (still less than 3 m deep and 4m high). The flat roof of which will include a glazed lantern and run through at the same level as the existing flat roof of the kitchen extension. 2) Widening the existing structural opening between the existing study and sunroom. 3) The existing covered passageway to the north will be upgraded so the fabric is insulated. We are not raising the height of this roof, but will add 4 no. roof windows. We will install a new door from the street. 4) Replace the existing double doors to the driveway with automatic gates (of some sort - probably solid timber as existing in order to maintain privacy) 5) Installing a rooflight on the front elevation and a rooflight on the rear-facing roof pitch. 6) Blocking up a window between WC and passageway. 7) Adding a flat rooflight to the existing kitchen extension. 8) All other works are internal refurbishments.
