Description:
1. Re-instate a front door more in-keeping with the period of the building and replace the back door with a traditional style door with double-glazed units. 2. Hang a wooden gate (5 bar-style, hinged at the mid-point and at the pillar to enable folding and storing along the southerly border when open) at the entrance to the drive. 3. Replace a metal gate (leading from the drive to the garden) with a wooden gate. 4. Increase the height of the existing stone wall on the easterly border of the garden and either side of the gate (ref. item 3.) 5. Insertion of 4 LED lights into ceiling of the lounge. 6. Insertion of 4 LED Lights in to the ceiling of the bathroom. 7. The UVPC window in the current kitchen to be replaced with a timber, double-glazed, conservation grade, traditional casement. 8. Move the stud-wall in the bathroom (westerly wall) to increase the size of the current bathroom and to create a shower room from bedroom 3. 9. The windows I wish to replace with like-for like, timber, single glazed, sliding sash, multi-paned windows (with additional secondary glazing) are: Snug (easterly window); Lounge window; Bedroom 1 (easterly window); Bedroom 5 window; Bedroom 2 window. The windows I would like to replace with timber, traditional style casement, conservation grade double-glazed windows are: Snug (westerly window); Bedroom 1 (westerley window); Bedroom 4 (westerley window).
