T3 oak. Leans towards house and advised by arboculturist that would reduce risk if weight reduced by lifting the canopy. Apprx 90% weight on side facing the house as it seeks light. Some lower limbs are dead or dying and one limb could fall on established greenhouse. I had a limb fall from this tree and was lucky to escape injury
