- Acer (TP 11006) - fell. Whilst there is nothing visually wrong with the tree, apart from one dead limb, it is very large for the garden and has an overbearing effect on our property and that of our neighbours. We are re landscaping the garden and are happy to replant a smaller, more manageable tree in its place. The acer tree has not been maintained and is fast growing, it currently stands at least 7 metres. This is having an impact on what else we can grow in the garden as it is mostly in the shade. This Japanese Maple can only be viewed by three properties and blocks most of the natural light to two of the gardens. We have concerns about it's location as it situated over the top of a domestic sewage run which feeds from 149 and 151 Tavistock Road. It is also very close to the foundations of both properties. We have a covering letter from our neighbour which states their concerns about the tree.
