Description:
T1 - I would like to take down the tree to prevent it causing damage. The tree causes me great concern as it has bark exposed and leans heavily to one side as you can see on the photo's attached. During the recent storm the tree sways and causes ourselves and our neighbours concern. If the tree did break and fall it would damage vehicles, it would hit our property too. The tree could also fall on to the public road causing damage to the original stone wall and members of the public that walk up and down Fawcett Lane.I would not be replacing the tree with another species as it would not be possible to replace where this tree is situated due to roots of the existing tree. I would not want to have a repeat of the concern i am going through at the moment. I would not put it in any other area of the garden as we may look to extend or build at the back or our property so would have to go through this issue again.
