T001 - Common Walnut - fell to ground level and replant. Due to the significant visual defects and continued signs of decline, the client has real concerns over the safety of the tree, for themselves and their family (use of the rear garden), their property and both of the neighbouring properties. The tree is showing a steady rate of decline over the last couple of years and has some significant areas of decay throughout the main scaffold structure. The client is keen to replace the tree with a suitable species. I have supplied a Tree Safety Inspection Report with this application. The main reason for the works, is due to safety grounds.
