We would like to apply for the removal of the two Sycamore trees at the rear of the property due to their poor special relationship to the property and as they currently cover 50% of the rear garden and take a considerable amount of light from the rear rooms. We are in the process of purchasing 6B Woodlands Crescent but are very concerned about the proximity of the trees to the property and the fact that they will continue to grow and take more light in due course. We have commissioned Cheshire Woodlands to assess the trees and give their professional opinion, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference. We would be more than happy to plant alternative, more slow growing trees such as a Japanese Maple or a Hornbeam as replacements, positioned a suitable distance from the property.
