Sale history
£650,000 on May 2017

*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Description:
Scots Pine (T5) - Dead - Survey recommended "Reduce in height to 4 metres for wild life value"Oak Quercus robur (T7) - Tree leaning east with a crown extending to neighbours property, over a powerline. A high canopy on north west side. when stepping close to base of tree it was notice that earth and roots had risen. A hollow resounding sound was heard when forceful steps were made. Survey recommended "A crown reduction by 30% concentrating mainly on the east side."Oak Quercus robur (T18) - Tree in decline leaning heavily. Survey recommended "Remove." Chamaecpryris lawsoniana - (G2) - Survey recommended - "Reduce in height by 4 m." For clarification we would like to confirm these are not in the area covered by the Tree Preservation order as they are on the edge of/outside of the mature oaks/scots pine planting and are suspected to be hedging which has not been controlled. We would like to completely remove the three trees in G2 if they are not subject to a TPO and replace with Laurel/Rhododendron hedging.
