T1: Oak - Remove the epicormic growth from the main stem only; selective branch reduction to clear the building by up to 2m; removal of dead wood from the crown of the tree. Tree works considered reasonable routine management, enabling the ongoing retention of the trees as a positive amenity feature to the area. T2: Oak - Fell to ground level. The tree is clearly in decline. Removal would benefit adjacent Beech trees, which are the preferred trees in the long-term and will significantly improve the street scene and local landscape.
