Address:
30 Burbage Road Stavele
Description:
Certificate of Lawful development for a driveway/hardstanding that was installed June 2012. The concrete driveway replaced an existing gravel drive that was already in-situe when the house was purchased in April 2012.It has now come to our attention upon selling the property that the concrete drive required planning permission as it is not a permeable surface.I have been informed by a Planning Enforcement Officer at Chesterfield Council that due to the time elapsed from when the drive way was installed that an LDC can be sought and that this is sufficient documentation in regards to planning to proceed with the sale.
