*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Description:
Our drain from the house to the main sewer has been damaged by the roots of a beech tree (number 1 on plan) . We have evidence of this after having had the drain cleared twice in 4 weeks the second time we had a camera survey that shows the root damage in the drain. The drain need to be repaired and part of this requires the removal of the tree to prevent further and more serious damage. We have also been advised that we need to remove the lower two branches of the pine tree (number 2 on plan) to maintain stability of the tree and reduce the risk of falling branches in high winds onto the cars below. We would appreciate a quick turnaround due to the increasing damage of the drain and escalating cost of having it cleared each time.
