- The trees fully occupy the garden space to the rear of the house , taller than the house It creates excessive shade and renders my rear garden virtually unuseable . I wish to fell the trees to clear space in the garden for a manageable garden with flowers and shrubs . I do hope to plant silver birch trees at the back as this willoffset th trees being felled but in a more minimal less imposing nature compared to the existing trees.These trees are now very tall and I fear any falling into neighbouring areas or onto my own house will cause significant damage .
