- Address:

- Description:
- G22 as per schedule Tree 1 as numbered on the sketch plan - Oak TreeTrim the crown and reduce the overall branches by 40%. Tree 2 as numbered on the sketch plan - Ash Tree. Trim the crown and reduce the overall branches by 40Uplight the branches and remove those which present a risk at walking level / street level as well as access into and out of the property especially in the autumn and when leaves are shed. Both trees are in the front drive way and in extreme close proximity to each other and have not been cared for or trimmed for many years (we are the new occupants). There is excessive shading caused by the trees which impacts the amount of natural light that comes into the house especially the front aspect of the property. The overall span of the branches is encroaching towards the first floor of the property and causing obstruction of natural light into the house. The low hanging branches present a hazard to the public who use the footpath on the street side. The excessive shading is impacting the vegetation in the garden as well, especially the quality and growth of the lawn.
