We are the owners of the above property. The garden is small and narrow. The photo shows two bushes/trees that have overgrown and now dominate the garden taking light from both this garden and the garden of the property to the left which also has a narrow garden. No doubt, they were not planted long ago and the original intention was to keep them small and proportionate in size but have been let go by successive tenants. It now seems appropriate to remove them and I therefore write to ask for permission to do so.
