This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

- Type:

- Status:
- Decision has yet to be made
- Address:
- 1 Field House Stephenson Street North Shields Tyne And Wea
- Description:
- To install an en-suite shower room with a toilet and washbasin. This will be within the confines of the largest bedroom of the ground floor flat. In the en-suite there will be no window and it is proposed that the extractor fan discharges moisture through a small vent in the roof. This will be installed to be as unobtrusive as possible under the existing slates. At the same time an extractor fan will also be installed in the existing bathroom to remove excess moisture through the roof, the room has a small single glazed window which doesn't open and is subject to severe condensation. This will be hidden in the same way as that from the en-suite. A newly installed replacement extractor fan also requires venting out through the roof above the kitchen to remove the steam created when cooking. Again with only single glazed windows, two outside walls and a wooden single glazed back door the room suffers from severe condensation. In all three cases the vents will be hidden as far as possible, being installed under the existing slates to be as unobtrusive as possible
