March 2022
- Type:
- Full and householder planning application
- Status:
- Application refused
- Address:
- 27 London Road Halesworth Suffol
- Description:
- To carefully remove and replace the four windows on the properties front elevation mentioned on the photographs provided. The ecisting windows are in a bad state of repair. In particular, water when it rains now seeps through onto the internal windowsill board. It is therefore feared that the areas not visible, water is also penetrating the main fabric of the original timber frame and could be causing serious problems. The proposed replacements are of a traditional design but with 12mm overall conservation sealed units, this is to help with the conservation of energy and a reduction in condensation which is causing timber decay. The new windows will be painted to match the existing finish and colour scheme
