*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Description:
AMENDED DESCRIPTION ALL TREES OTHER THAN THE LIMES IN GROUP G1 ARE SUBJECT TO CONSERVATION AREA LEGISLATION AND A SEPARTE NOTIFICATION Limes group G1x7 (subject to group TPO)- Lapsed pleached / pollarded limes on boundary of property. The intention here is to bring the limes back into management through the reinstatement of pleaching i.e. Crown reduction / pollarding works to remove approx. 1.5m of growth back to pollard heads. Long term objective is to retain trees as permanent natural screen. NB The Pine trees (adjacent to the limes) referenced in the group TPO from 1985 no longer exist. Lime Tree (L1) - Crown raise mature lime up to a maximum height of approx. 4m & crown raise early mature hornbeam adjacent up to a maximum height of approx. 3.5m. Group of mixed conifers and broadleaf trees (MC/MB) - Trees include semi mature elder (6m), mature lawson's cypress (7m), mature privet (5m), mature cypress leylandii (10m) & mature cherry laurel (5m). All trees to be removed to ground level. Area has not been managed for many years and is overgrown. The intention is to re-landscape and visually improve this area along with improving the quality of retained trees in this garden. Trees recommended for removal are of low amenity value. Mitigation for the loss of these trees will be the planting of further semi mature limes to extend the current row on the property boundary. Cherry (C1) - (4m) Remove 2no. dead cherry trees to ground level. Robinia pseudoacasia (R1) - Self set, semi mature Robinia (6m) currently growing through greenhouse roof. Remove tree to ground level to allow greenhouse restoration. All tree works proposed above are to be undertaken in line with BS3998 and completed by an appropriately qualified and experienced arborist.
