The intention here is to bring the limes back into management through the reinstatement of pleaching i.e. Crown reduction / pollarding works to remove approx. 1.5m of growth back to pollard heads. Long term objective is to retain trees as permanent natural screen. NB The Pine trees (adjacent to the limes) referenced in the group TPO from 1985 no longer exist.
