We have young children and there have been a couple of near misses where 3 to 5 foot branches have fallen unexpectedly. The trees are well in excess of the height of our houses, and the close proximity and poor condition is a huge cause for concern. Roots systems are causing damage to drive ways/paving and drains. Works quoted for and will be completed by Adam at ProArb tree services. A number of trees (Holly, Leylandii, Ash, Magnolia and Eycalutpus) are situated underneath/around the Pines.
