I have a large lime trees in my back garden under the preservation act as follows: TPO NameL Woodside, Heaton Mersey, 2008 Tree Species: Lime Tree Reason for work: The tree stem is rotten with a hole visible increasing in size. I have had inspection and assessment carried out by 3 different tree surgeons the last being today (14/08/2019). I have been assured that the tree is at risk factor of falling due to the rotten nature of its stem.
