Address:
7A Cotton Close, Broadstone,
Description:
T4: Scots Pine - Fell and replace. A cavity formed at the base of the stem where a large secondary stem either failed or was removed. The resulting large wound deteriorated and advanced cubical brown rot is now extending into the heartwood of the main stem. The wound is so large that decay will progress, while the age of the tree is such that growth will be slow and new strengthening annual rings are narrowing in width. Due to the size of the tree the owner believes it could pose a threat to several neighbouring properties should it fall.
