Erection of a 1.0m high close board fence to front section of land and erection of 1.8m high close board fence on other sections further into plot. We have designed the fence to be as unobtrusive as possible and in keeping with the other many fences around the estate, it has been set back 350mm from a visitors parking pedestrian path and we shall use this space to lay in some slate chipping\'s in for low maintenance. The fence will not affect any neighbouring properties (sunlight, views access). I wish to confirm that all other areas (outside of the fenced section as indicated within the proposal) will be kept as they are. (i.e as wild flowers, bushes, shrubs and hedges that have been planted by others to date).
