Description:
Oak tree in rear garden appears to be dead/dying over recent weeks large branches have fallen from the tree and I believe this to be a danger to nearby properties as well as my children who play in the garden. Due to the enormous size of the tree we propose cutting the tree down to a size where it is not deemed to be a risk, possibley 18 feet high. Due to the size of the tree and its roots complete removal of the tree may not be possible, this would also have an impact on any replanting of a tree in its place, in view of this we would not be looking to replant. Advice has been sought by an experienced tree surgeon who has advised the above.
